BANGKOK, Thailand — The Philippines has once again etched its name in pageant history as Emma Mary Tiglao was officially crowned Miss Grand International 2025, marking a back-to-back victory for the country and securing its second golden crown in the prestigious international competition.
In an emotional and unforgettable coronation moment held at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Tiglao tearfully received the golden crown from outgoing queen CJ Opiaza, also from the Philippines. This symbolic passing of the crown between two Filipinas marked the first-ever consecutive win by a single nation in Miss Grand International history.
Throughout the competition, Tiglao impressed both the judges and global audiences with her poise, eloquence, and strong advocacy focused on truth, compassion, and peace.
