Anita Rose Gomez Advances to Top 30 of Miss Asia Pacific International 2025
CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Philippines’ very own Anita Rose Gomez has advanced to the Top 30 of the Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 pageant, bringing pride and excitement to Filipino pageant fans across the globe.
The Zambales-born beauty queen secured an automatic spot in the semi-finals after earning the Best in Swimsuit award during the preliminary competition. Her commanding presence, poise, and confidence on stage drew praise from both judges and spectators at the Cebu Coliseum on Wednesday, October 8.
This marks Gomez’s first international pageant, after being chosen as the country’s representative through Miss Grand Philippines 2025. She now sets her sights on winning the sixth Miss Asia Pacific International crown for the Philippines, following Sharifa Akeel’s triumph in 2018.
Beyond the glitz and glamour, the Miss Asia Pacific International Organization also aligned its activities to assist those affected by the recent earthquake in Cebu, with delegates actively participating in relief packing and volunteer work, highlighting the pageant’s commitment to compassion and service.
