Leading the pack is Helm in Makati, helmed by Filipino-British chef Josh Boutwood, which earned Two Michelin Stars, the highest honor in this year’s lineup. Eight other establishments received One Michelin Star each: Asador Alfonso (Cavite), Celera, Gallery by Chele, Hapag, Inato, Kasa Palma, Toyo Eatery (all in Metro Manila), and Linamnam (Parañaque).

The awarding ceremony, held at Marriott Manila Hotel, was attended by Tourism Secretary Christina Frasco and Michelin Guide International Director Gwendal Poullennec, who praised Filipino chefs for their creativity, authenticity, and hospitality.

Poullennec said the selection “pays tribute to a new generation of Filipino and international chefs who draw inspiration from local heritage and bold flavors.”

The debut of the Michelin Guide Philippines featured 108 restaurants, with several earning Bib Gourmand and Michelin Selected distinctions for exceptional value and innovation.

Chef Boutwood dedicated his win to the Philippine culinary industry, calling the recognition “a milestone that puts Filipino gastronomy on the global stage.”
