Based on the CCTV recording, the motorcycle was seen passing through the area while being chased and barked at by two dogs. The suspects initially passed by but later returned to the same location.

Upon coming back, the rider reportedly stopped near the dogs before the backrider shot one of them at close range using what is believed to be a 9mm firearm. The suspects immediately fled the scene after the shooting.

The dog’s owner is now seeking public assistance to identify and hold the suspects accountable. The owner admitted negligence, saying the dogs were not tied and may have posed a risk to motorists.

However, the owner stressed that resorting to violence or using a firearm against animals is unjustified.

The suspects were described as riding a red or orange Yamaha Aerox motorcycle and are believed to have come from Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.

Authorities, including the PNP Ramon, are currently coordinating with the complainant and reviewing CCTV footage to identify and locate the suspects for possible charges.
